Mod Bake Shop is a from-scratch home baking business by Cedar Rapids baker, Kelsey B.
Flavor is king, followed by texture, and then aesthetic. Mod Bake Shop believes baked goods and dessert should bring balance and bliss, not just a sugar rush. The goal? To delight every customer with punchy flavor combinations, and a lovely bite.
Mod makes and bakes from scratch, so you don't have to.
Find Kelsey at Newbo City Market on Sunday, August 23rd and Sunday, Sept. 27th, as well as the Market After Dark in downtown Cedar Rapids on Saturday, August 29th, 2026!
