Mod Bake Shop is a from-scratch home baking business by Cedar Rapids baker, Kelsey B.
Flavor is king, followed by texture, and then aesthetic. Mod Bake Shop believes baked goods and dessert should bring balance and bliss, not just a sugar rush. The goal? To delight every customer with punchy flavor combinations, and a lovely bite.
Mod makes and bakes from scratch, so you don't have to.
